A planned add-on. Not a generic chat bubble — a real estate assistant that answers from your approved content, helps visitors take the next step, and hands sensitive questions to a real person.

Drive Assistant gives each brokerage a branded assistant for its website, agent pages, and client portal. It answers from approved sources, creates client-facing requests, searches the portal records a client can access, and routes anything sensitive to the agent or brokerage.

What it does

Branded to the brokerage

The assistant inherits your logo, colors, name, and contact details. On agent pages it shows the agent and routes to them. It looks like your tool, not a third-party widget.

Works on brokerage and agent sites

Visitors can ask about service areas, buying and selling, and how to get connected — then request a valuation, a custom home search, or a callback, with the lead stamped to the right brokerage and agent.

Helps portal clients find records

In the client portal, the assistant finds saved homes, searches, checklists, and the records shared with that signed-in client — and helps them upload a record, with confirmation before anything is submitted.

It never gives legal, financial, tax, contract, or compliance advice, and never exposes private CRM, commission, or another client's data. Public chat cannot see portal records; portal chat only sees what that client can already access.

Does Drive Assistant answer private client or transaction data?
No. Public-site chat only uses approved public sources. Portal chat can search records shared with that signed-in client, but it does not give legal, financial, contract, compliance, commission, or private brokerage advice.
